Loved Filipino Sausage
It is the traditional sausage of the Philippines, a much-loved and versatile product that is part of the typical Filipino breakfast known as “longsilog” (longganisa + rice + fried egg).
It is a fresh, succulent and spicy sausage, made with minced pork and a combination of spices, garlic, brown sugar and vinegar.
It stands out for its sweet-salty contrast and characteristic aromatic touch.
Ingredients: Lean pork and pork belly, salt, black pepper, sweet and hot paprika, fresh garlic, pineapple juice, brown sugar, natural pork casing, lactose, sucrose, spices, flavour enhancer E621, preservative (potassium nitrate E252), stabiliser (diphosphates E450).
Allergens: Contains lactose
Storage: Stote in cool and dry place.
Preparation: Remove plastic casing, let rest for 5 minutes, and eat as is.
